You've landed on the Xbox 360 Dashboard Archive. On this website you can easily download any Xbox 360 dashboard, pre-extracted and ready to run. No need to download large ZIPs, or use PC tools, just copy two files to your Xbox and run it.
If you're having issues getting the dashboard to work check out the Troubleshooting page.
There are a lot of dashboards available (I should count them), so if you don't know which one to pick then check out the Interesting Dashes page. The page has a grid of the most interesting dashboards, so you don't waste time looking at "the previous version with one letter in the Japanese translation changed".
On top of that page, the "Quick downloads" section below houses one-click links to the most commonly wanted dashboards; the dashboards with extra support from proto, NXE 7371 for other stealths, and the latest Metro V1, alongside fonts for RGH/JTAG/0F/Xenia users (do not replace the fonts in the flash if using BadUpdate/ABadAvatar).
Running the dashboard will only change the dashboard itself (think of it as a game) and will not change the Guide/HUD. To do that, check out PluginUI. The project themes the Guide/HUD to allow, for example, for a full-on NXE look across the system.
There is also more information available by navigating the top tabs, like info regarding extracting updates yourself, and the Credits.
You can also browse the entire folder, for exmaple to download every NXE dashboard with one click.
If you have a slow device or bad internet connection, use the top navigation to pick the revision instead.
